- Leadership SIG series is back with its eleventh episode, “Team Building Strategies”. In the last session, we focused on the significance of managing one’s relationship with their boss. This time, we are going to discuss effective team-building strategies and the significance of effective teams.
Building team requires strategies to effectively achieve objectives irrespective of the job or role assigned to them. What three constituents are required to build an effective team, we will discuss in this session.
