It’s the spirit, not the statistics which matters. If we get into statistics, we will hardly get an encouraging image of female presence in the leadership role in Pakistan. Owing to the common challenges, women leadership is on the rise at an astonishing pace. We have seen a significant number of women making it on multiple fronts during the last decade.
In celebration of rising women excellence, OPEN’s 5th Leadership Drive session is dedicated to all those emerging women leaders, managers, entrepreneurs who are making their way forward by cutting through the social and cultural stigmas. The session aims to serve as a catalyst to women at all career levels who aspire to develop leadership acumen, learn the art of breaking the glass ceiling, overcome self-limiting beliefs, to strategically navigate through the leadership maze!
The session will provide a learning and networking platform which encourages participation of young females from all education and career levels who aim to develop and polish their leadership & management acumen in corporate, government or business sector. ]]>
